We analyze time series of<br \/>\n       plasma parameters of the slow and fast speed streams of<br \/>\n       the solar wind plasma measured in situ by Helios 2 and<br \/>\n       Advanced Composition Explorer spacecraft during solar<br \/>\n       minimum and maximum.  To quantify scaling of this turbulence,<br \/>\n       we use a generalized weighted Cantor set with two different<br \/>\n       rescaling parameters describing with various probabilities<br \/>\n       nonuniform intermittent multiplicative process of distribution<br \/>\n       of the kinetic energy  between cascading eddies of various sizes1.<\/p>\n<p>       We show that the universal shape of the  multifractal spectrum<br \/>\n       results not only from the nonuniform probability of the energy<br \/>\n       transfer rate but also from the multiscale nature of the cascade.<br \/>\n       It is worth noting that only in the case of the two-scale cascade<br \/>\n       one can reproduce the entire experimental multifractal spectrum,<br \/>\n       especially for the negative index of generalized dimensions2.<br \/>\n       It appears that intermittent pulses are stronger for the model<br \/>\n       with two different scales, where the singularity spectrum is often<br \/>\n       asymmetric3. Therefore, we argue that  there is a need to use the<br \/>\n       multi-scale cascade model. Hence we hope that our new more general<br \/>\n       asymmetric multifractal model could shed light on the nature of<br \/>\n       turbulence and we propose this model as a useful tool for analysis<br \/>\n       of intermittent turbulence in various environments.<\/p>\n<p>       1.
