Abstract:<\/p>\n
In the first part I shall explain why in my opinion
\nthe Cichowlas-Bonaiti-Debbasch-Brachet theory[1] of Kolmogorov-like
\nturbulent transients is a real breakthrough.<\/p>\n
The second part is a progress report on the nature of complex
\nsingularities with emphasis on depletion of nonlinearity (work done
\nwith T. Matsumoto during my stay in Kyoto).<\/p>\n
