Abstract:

In the first part I shall explain why in my opinion
the Cichowlas-Bonaiti-Debbasch-Brachet theory[1] of Kolmogorov-like
turbulent transients is a real breakthrough.

The second part is a progress report on the nature of complex
singularities with emphasis on depletion of nonlinearity (work done
with T. Matsumoto during my stay in Kyoto).
